Elsa Henderson

Elsa Henderson is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Partner at Circle Generation since February 2024, focusing on consulting, advising, and learning journeys within network practices. Since August 2022, Elsa has been part of the Extended Team for Regenerative Measurement & Learning at Unity Effect, and has also been a member of the Teaching Faculty at Metavision Institute since November 2017, specializing in holistic counselling and psychotherapy at the Master's level. Previous roles include Facilitator at Converge from January 2018 to December 2023, and Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer at Catalyst Coaching from January 2014 to January 2018, where Elsa supported individuals and groups in realizing their potential through process-oriented coaching. Educational achievements include a PhD in Business & Management from the University of the West of England, a BA in Psychology & Anthropology from Hampshire College, an MA in Process-Oriented Psychology and Conflict Facilitation from the Process Work Institute, a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from the San Francisco Art Institute, and an ACC in Process Oriented Coaching from the Global Coaching Institute.
