Ferdinand Blömer

Ferdinand Blömer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ferdinand started their career in 1999 as a Process and IT Consultant at Mercedes-Benz AG. Over the years, they held various roles within the company, including Manager Launch Management, Manager Production Planning, and Manager Series Planning Logistics E-Class. Ferdinand also served as Manager Launch Management for the S-Class and worked in process and system launch management. In 2015, they became a Teilhaber (partner) in a leading position at Windpark LKOS 04 GmbH & Co KG. In 2021, they became the Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) of a family-owned agricultural business, and later in 2023, they joined UNITY Operations AG as a Senior Project Manager. In addition, Blömer underwent training to become a systemischer Business Coach from January to May 2022.

Ferdinand Blömer has a comprehensive education history that includes degrees from two prestigious universities. From 1989 to 1993, they attended the Technische Universität Braunschweig, where they obtained a Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau (Industrial Engineering specializing in Mechanical Engineering). Following this, they pursued further education at the Technische Universität Berlin from 1994 to 1998, where they successfully earned a Dr. rer. pol. degree in Operations Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ferdinand Blömer has also obtained two professional certifications. In November 2008, they received the MBC Green Belt certification from Daimler AG. More recently, in May 2022, they earned a certification in Systemischer Business Coaching from VfTC (Verein für Training und Coaching).
