Mike Blurton

Mike Blurton, CPA, is a Co-Founder and Partner at Unity Search, where they oversee daily operations and co-lead the Accounting and Finance divisions. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance recruiting, Mike began their career at KPMG as an Audit Senior, later excelling at Q&A Recruiting before founding Unity Search in 2010. They hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from Baylor University, where they participate on the Accounting Advisory Board and volunteer with Beta Alpha Psi chapters. Mike enjoys collaborating with diverse companies and has a proven track record of success in corporate relocations and high-growth environments.
