Victoria Westerfield

Victoria Westerfield has over 20 years of experience in business development and executive search. Victoria worked as a Director of Business Development at Unity Search, an executive search firm specializing in IT, accounting, finance, and tax placements. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Senior Partner at Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry Company, for over 20 years. Victoria also has experience in business development at Adecco/Accountants on Call. Throughout their career, they have developed a strong understanding of client needs and provided consulting and recommendations.
