Lisa Groat

Lisa Groat has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Unity Technologies Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Collins Aerospace for over 24 years. During their time there, they held the positions of Director of Finance Engineering and PP&C, where they provided financial support and advisory services to the Vice President of Engineering and other stakeholders. Lisa also served as Controller/CFO, overseeing financial operations and reporting for the ARINC/IMS division. Lisa played a significant role in the integration efforts during the acquisition of ARINC by Rockwell Collins and the subsequent merger with UTC and Raytheon Technologies to create Collins Aerospace.

Lisa Groat attended Towson University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 1989.
