Ariel Wei

Ariel Wei is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network engineering and engineering management. Currently serving as Director at Unity since July 2017, Ariel oversees teams that focus on CI systems, cloud infrastructure, developer velocity, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) for web services. Previous roles at Unity include Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager in Production Reliability Engineering. Prior to Unity, Ariel worked at Salesforce.com for seven years in various engineering roles, including Lead Network Engineer. Earlier career experience includes network engineering positions at Robert Half International and Vanco Australasia, as well as a role at TPG Pty Ltd. Ariel holds a Master’s degree in Information and Telecommunication Technologies from the University of Wollongong and a double Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from South China University of Technology.
