Chao Li

Chao Li is an experienced Machine Learning Scientist currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Unity since 2025. They previously worked as an Applied Scientist at Amazon from 2022 to 2025 and held various roles at Red Ventures from 2019 to 2022, including Senior Data Scientist. Chao also has experience as a Data Scientist at Bankrate, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, and as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned their Ph.D. in Machine Learning. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Zhejiang University.
