Dan McAdams

Dan McAdams currently serves as the Head of Sales for Ads at Unity, overseeing sales teams for Publisher and Advertiser partnerships, including Unity Ads, IronSource Ads, and Tapjoy Offerwall networks since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Senior Director of Publisher Sales at ironSource, managing the US publisher sales and business development team from April 2022 to October 2023. Dan's career began at Tapjoy, where responsibilities included leading Sales and Account Management for North America as Senior Director of Developer Relations, and earlier roles in Publisher Sales. Dan’s earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at KPMG US, executing financial statement audits, and as a Career Services Peer Advisor at UCSB, providing career guidance to students. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2010.
