Dima Stepanchuk is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer and Senior UX Designer at Unity since November 2020, Dima has previously held positions as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Finnair, focusing on digital service concepts and collaboration with stakeholders, and as a UX/UI Designer at Aurinkomatkat, where data-driven design efforts significantly boosted online revenue. Earlier roles included E-commerce Designer at Timetravels Ltd, where Dima led the development of a customized booking engine, and Web and Print Designer at Aalto University, along with a role at the Ministry of Education and Culture of Finland. Dima graduated with a Master’s Degree from the University of Helsinki in 2013.
