Elena Nemets

Elena Nemets is an experienced tax professional currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at Unity since July 2023, where involvement includes projects such as Pillar 2 readiness and digital service tax implementation, as well as post-merger integration and business model development. Previously, Elena held the position of Tax Manager at ironSource from December 2021 to July 2023, managing direct and indirect tax compliance, M&A-related tax issues, and transfer pricing compliance. Prior to that, Elena worked at KPMG as a Senior Manager in International and M&A Tax, focusing on assisting Israeli companies with outbound investments. Early career experience includes roles at PwC Israel and PwC, where Elena managed transaction projects and due diligence across multiple regions. Elena holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
