Ellen Lenihan Flaherty

Ellen Lenihan Flaherty is a digital learning leader with extensive experience in learning design and education technology. Currently serving as the Director of Learning at Unity since March 2018, Ellen drives the vision and strategy for meaningful learning experiences for Unity Creators. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Learning Experience Design and Senior Learning Architect at Unity Technologies, where Ellen focused on refining learning strategies for various educational markets. Ellen's consultancy at ELF Learning Design spanned technology integration in K-12 education and educational game design, collaborating with notable clients such as Adobe Systems and Everfi. Additional experiences include leading teaching teams at IDEO U and content production at The WNET Group. Ellen holds an MA in Education from Stanford University and a BA in Religious Studies and American Civilization from Brown University.
