Erin Rhoades is currently serving as the Director of Operations at TDL Sports since April 2024, focusing on supporting schools and communities in enhancing their athletic programs. Erin has held multiple roles at Unity since June 2020, starting as a Media & Entertainment and Education Representative, advancing to Account Executive for Parsec & SyncSketch, and now holds the position of Senior Renewals Manager. Previous experience includes a Sales Development Representative role at Instana in early 2020 and various positions at Splunk from June 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included collaboration within the Demand Generation team. Additionally, Erin gained valuable experience as an intern with the "T" Association at Texas State University in late 2018, maintaining connections with athletic alumni. Erin obtained a degree in Marketing from Texas State University between 2015 and 2018.
