Iain Robertson

Iain Robertson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success - Industry at Unity since August 2018, Iain has led the formation of a global team of around 30 Customer Success Managers, focusing on three tiers of paid support products. Previous roles at Unity included managing a team for the Digital Twin organization and serving as a Senior Advisor within Integrated Success Services. Earlier experience includes working with the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and Exa Corporation in various engineering and technical account management roles. Iain holds a Master of Science in Computational Fluid Dynamics from Cranfield University and a Master of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from the University of Leeds.
