Jess Overton is currently the Senior Director of Business Growth at Unity, where they focus on helping app marketers achieve sustainable growth and assisting OEMs and Telcos in monetizing their devices. With extensive experience across diverse industries and countries, Jess has previously held leadership roles at companies such as ironSource and Davis LLP, where they managed various aspects of demand and partnerships. They hold a BA in Psychology and Linguistics from McGill University and an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from IDC Herzliya. Additionally, Jess hosted the "Out of the Box" podcast, interviewing notable brands on user acquisition strategies.
