João Duarte

João Duarte is a Senior Data Scientist at Unity, applying data science and machine learning to enhance offer ranking in the Offerwall product. Previously, they served as a Data Science Manager at ironSource, where they developed various machine learning systems and mentored engineers. João began as the first Data Scientist at SessionCam, creating groundbreaking products like Customer Struggle and Key Journeys, and holds a Ph.D. in Pattern Recognition. Their extensive background includes roles in academia, where they taught programming and software engineering at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
