Karen Oddo

Karen Oddo is the Director of Legal Compliance at Unity Technologies, having recently stepped into a leadership role in 2025. Prior to this, Karen served as Senior Managing Counsel and Senior Compliance Counsel at Unity, leveraging extensive experience in advising public and multinational companies across various sectors. Karen’s previous roles include Attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2012 to 2019, where they managed cross-border compliance investigations and developed corporate compliance programs. They also worked as an English Language Teacher with WorldTeach in 2008 and held research positions at the University of Rochester and the U.S. District Court. Karen earned a Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2012 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
