Laura Restrepo is currently the Strategic Initiatives Lead at Unity, where responsibilities include integrating Unity's products with telecommunications companies and OEMs to drive business growth. As the Founder and CEO of BLOOM Colombia since November 2017, Laura runs a social enterprise focused on enhancing menstrual health through education and sustainable products. Previously, Laura served as a Senior Growth Partnerships Manager, collaborating with major apps such as TikTok and Uber to boost mobile user acquisition. Earlier experience includes working as a UX Designer and Front-end Engineer at Offpeak.io and as Marketing Manager for International at the Taiwan Cyclist Federation. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes and has completed an exchange program at National Chengchi University.
