Lebin Lim serves as a Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations at Unity since September 2019, overseeing HR management across Greater China, Japan, Korea, India, Singapore, and A/NZ while managing a team of HR Partners. Prior to Unity, Lebin held various roles at IBM from 2009 to 2019, including HR Business Development Engagement and Transition Manager, focused on mergers and acquisitions, and HR Business Partner for key business units. Lebin began professional career with internships at IBM and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from RMIT University as well as a Diploma in Business Management (Human Resource) from Nanyang Polytechnic, where recognition as a Top Achiever in the Industrial Placement Programme was earned.
