Lydia M. is an experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager currently leading the global Employee Relations team at Unity Technologies. With a robust background in international Tech and Telecoms, Lydia has previously worked at Ciena as a Senior HR Advisor EMEA, focusing on employee relations and organizational planning.
