Ralah Haddad

Ralah Haddad is an experienced software development manager currently serving as the Caregiver ERG Lead at Unity since January 2022, guiding teams of 5 to 12 members and collaborating on technical roadmaps. Prior to this role, Ralah was the Senior Software Development Manager at Talogy Middle East & Africa from August 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included identifying recruitment needs and improving software development quality in partnership with the board of directors.
