Robert Brodeur

Robert Brodeur is a seasoned technical documentation professional with extensive experience in creating and managing documentation for various software applications. Currently serving as Technical Documentation Manager and formerly as Senior Technical Writer at Unity since April 2020, Robert specializes in using MadCap Flare for developer documentation and has authored release notes for the Vivox SDK. Previous roles include Senior Technical Documentation Specialist at Pegasystems, where Robert utilized DITA methodology and coordinated documentation best practices, and Technical Documentation Specialist at Endurance International Group, producing knowledge base content and delivering global training. Additional experience includes roles at IBM as Associate Learning Specialist and various positions focused on documentation and workflow analysis at Tufts Health Plan and Sun Life Financial. Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
