Ryan Boye

Ryan Boye is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design, having served in various roles at Unity since September 2019, including Director of Product Design for Grow Ads and Senior Manager for Unity Ads. Prior to Unity, Ryan held positions at AppDirect as a Staff Product Designer, where leadership and cross-functional collaboration were key, and at CloudFlare, where the design of an analytics dashboard significantly enhanced user engagement. Ryan's earlier roles included Senior Product Designer at Bluetrain.io, where a CMS platform was developed, and founding GLHF Magazine. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Ryan has a strong foundation in both design and user experience, positively impacting lead conversion and product usability across diverse platforms.
