Sarah F.

Sarah F. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Unity since October 2020, Sarah has focused on global wellbeing and benefits, engagement and social impact, and employee giving. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Global Director of Organizational Development & Learning at Elevated Consulting from September 2016 to October 2020. Sarah's career also includes significant experience at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where roles included Global Event Manager and Onsite Event Manager from November 2013 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes positions at Case Western Reserve University, where Sarah managed alumni and donor relations. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
