Victor Lu

Victor Lu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and strategy development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global eCommerce at Unity since April 2021, Victor leads a team of over 10 in driving revenue and commercialization efforts. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Director of E-Commerce Marketplace at Loblaw Digital, where responsibilities included founding and scaling the Marketplace initiative, developing strategies, and managing seller onboarding processes. Additional experience includes positions at Google, The Rumie Initiative, Deloitte Consulting, and Procter & Gamble. Victor holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University, complemented by additional education in innovation and testing methodologies.
