Zoe Chen

Zoe Chen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with a career spanning from 2003 to the present. Zoe began in HR at IDsignet Information Technical Company, focusing on R&D recruitment and employee relations. Zoe then served as an HR professional at Trend Micro (China) Inc., handling recruiting for sales and marketing. From 2008 to 2015, Zoe was the China Talent Acquisition Manager at Dell EMC, leading recruitment efforts across various engineering and tech functions. Zoe joined Splunk in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Lead for North Asia and APAC tech roles, before becoming the APAC Head of Recruiting at Unity in June 2019, where Zoe manages recruiting for multiple countries and oversees university recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Zoe holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Shanghai Academy of Social Science.
