Craig B. has extensive work experience in the technology and contact center industry.

Craig began their career in 1994 at Vodafone Australia, where they worked as a Contact Centre Solutions Manager for seven years.

In 2003, they joined Damovo as a Consultant, staying until 2004.

After that, they worked at UCMS Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager from 2005 to 2006.

In 2007, they joined Unity4 Contact Centre Technology as a Director and has been working there since.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined First Nations Network as a Senior Technology Advisor.

Craig B. completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Genetics at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 1989 to 2002.
