Renee Beck

General Manager, Agent Services at Unity4

Renee brings a wealth of experience to her role as General Manager having been with Unity4 since 2006. She has worked across all areas of contact centre management, through to the leadership position she holds today. Her experience includes many of Australia’s leading outsourcers where she has worked on many complex and demanding campaigns. Having also worked on the client side she understands first hand what Unity4’s clients require.
