Ryan Darnell

Ryan Darnell is a seasoned early-stage investor and Managing Partner at Max Ventures, where investment efforts focus on innovative ventures from a third fund, resulting in over 75 investments and the co-founding of seven venture-backed companies. Darnell co-founded The Post, a private membership club for athletes in business; Elion, a digital health solutions marketplace; and Tertulia, a platform for enhanced book discovery. As a seed investor, Darnell has contributed to numerous notable companies, including GrubMarket Inc., K Health, Sana, Vori Health, Etched, and UnityAI. Darnell holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Vanderbilt University, complementing educational background from Middle Tennessee State University.
