Kama Patton has over 18 years of experience in compliance and benefits management. Currently serving as the Compliance Coordinator at Unity Healthcare, LLC since January 2005, Kama is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within the organization. Prior to this role, Kama worked at Waste Management from 1996 to 2002 as the IN/IL Market Area Benefits/Payroll Supervisor, overseeing benefits and payroll operations in the designated market area.
