Nashanta McQuay

NaShanta McQuay, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Unity Healthcare, LLC, a position held since February 2007, with previous roles including Human Resources Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Additionally, NaShanta has been actively involved with the Tippecanoe Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA) since 2007, contributing as Webmaster, member, and former Treasurer. NaShanta holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
