As Director of Client Services, Patty ensures that all our client’s needs are met before, during and after their trip. Customizing their travel to make for the complete private aviation experience, including catering, ground transportation, lodging, special event and menu planning and gifts, attention to detail is key. Patty started her career in the hospitality industry working for Bacardi USA, in their Miami, FL headquarters for over 11 years, and brings that experience and expertise to service all our clients, providing a VIP experience. Patty resides in Miami with her husband Richard, and two children Ryan and Sophie.
