Casey Collins

Casey Collins is a Process Improvement Leader currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement at UnityPoint Health. With a background in various roles at ING, Voya Financial, and multiple positions within UnityPoint Health, Casey has extensive experience utilizing tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Process Mapping to drive efficiency and enhance customer service. Casey holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Iowa State University. Previous roles have included managing teams and leading significant process improvement initiatives in both healthcare and production environments.
