Ryan Buda

Ryan Buda, MSOD, is a Portfolio Manager at UnityPoint Health, where they oversee a collection of projects and programs related to the organization's strategic portfolio. With experience as an Organizational Improvement Advisor and a Project Manager within UnityPoint Health-Meriter, they focus on process improvement and project management. Ryan previously served as a Men's Soccer Assistant Coach at Edgewood College, supporting student-athletes both on the field and in academics. They hold a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Change from Edgewood College and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
