Ryan Willhite

Ryan Willhite, CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, serves as the Executive Director of Internal Audit at UnityPoint Health, overseeing audit operations for a $4.5 billion health system comprising 17 hospitals and over 400 clinics. Prior to this role, Willhite was a Senior Audit Manager at Crowe Healthcare Risk Consulting LLC, leading internal audits for CommonSpirit Health and ensuring compliance across Iowa and Fargo divisions. Previously, Willhite managed the audit function for Carondelet Health under the Ascension Health system and has extensive experience at Sprint Nextel as an Audit Project Manager. Willhite holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Pittsburg State University.
