趙樹鑫 Boris THIO

Boris Thio has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry, with roles in various companies. 趙樹鑫 worked at UnitySC as the GM SEA & Japan Key Account Sales & Marketing FE BE Metrology Inspection, where they were responsible for leading the sales, marketing, application, and service team for Inspection & Metrology. Prior to that, they were the Director at UnitySC for Regional Product Management, Field Application & Service (SEA), where they were involved in sales, marketing, and business development for various markets.

Before joining UnitySC, Boris worked at Kulicke & Soffa as a Senior Manager, responsible for leading a global team of application and service engineers supporting the K&S TCB, FlipChip, FOWLP, and DA technologies. 趙樹鑫 was also involved in coordinating the team's activities and prioritizing missions based on potential sales and strategic value.

Boris also has experience working at SOITEC as a Principal Engineer and Technical Manager, where they were responsible for project management, process transformation, and ramp-up in the FDSOI/RFSOI Metrology, AMHS, Diff, Chem lab, and Epitaxy line.

Prior to SOITEC, they worked at SSMC as a Senior Equipment Engineer and RTP, Furnace & Metrology Section Leader, where they played a key role in restructuring the bottleneck of the RTP, FUR, and Metrology team and implementing Lean Management principles for improvement.

Boris started their career at KLA-Tencor as a Site Supervisor and Senior Field Engineer, where they gained experience in wafer fabs manufacturing and successfully led the KLA metrology team in tool start-ups and process line qualifications.

Overall, Boris Thio has a strong background in sales, marketing, application, service, project management, and technical leadership in the semiconductor industry.

Boris THIO attended Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Diploma with Merit in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Robotics & Factory Automation. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor's degree with Honor in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Semiconductor Fabrication at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
