Brenda M has over a decade of experience in technology services and business engagement, currently serving as the Engagement Lead and Privacy Officer at Unitywater since November 2013. In this role, Brenda is responsible for engaging all Business Unit portfolios and stakeholders effectively. Previously, as a Senior Business Analyst, Brenda focused on understanding business processes and system functionalities, guiding stakeholders on operational improvements and leading the documentation of business requirements. Prior to Unitywater, positions included HR Systems Separation Project Lead at Rio Tinto Alcan and Business Process Lead at Spotless Group. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from CQUniversity, earned between 2000 and 2004.
