Mark McInnes

Mark McInnes is an experienced professional in revenue assurance and meter data management, currently serving as the Revenue Assurance Manager at Unitywater since June 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the meter to cash process, customer data maintenance, billing, and credit and collection. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Meter Data Agency Manager at Energex from January 2004 to June 2012, managing data and site-related information for the National Electricity Market.
