Paul Phillips is currently the Manager of Infrastructure Solutions at Unitywater, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Paul served as the Manager of Solutions Development & Delivery at Urban Utilities from 2022 to 2024, and held various engineering and managerial positions at Monadelphous, KBR, Inc., and Tata Steel between 1999 and 2020. Paul’s early career began as an Apprentice Fabricator/Welder at Corus from 1999 to 2003. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering Honours from Swansea Metropolitan University and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Neath College.
