Shady Ewida

Shady Ewida is a Planner and Cost Control Analyst with a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management and ten years of experience in construction and project management. Currently, Shady serves as a Senior Program/Portfolio Controller at Unitywater, overseeing significant projects with a budget of $265 million. Previously, Shady held various roles, including Senior Planner/Programmer at BESIX Watpac and Planning and Scheduling Consultant at TRT Construction Programming, where they demonstrated expertise in developing schedules and managing costs. Shady is proficient in Primavera P6, Asta Power Project, and MS Project, and has received recognition for excellence in partnership and project delivery.
