Tom Bell

Tom Bell has extensive work experience in the legal field. Tom is currently serving as the General Counsel at UniUni since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Central 1 Credit Union, starting as a Legal Counsel in July 2016 and later assuming the roles of Legal Counsel and Interim Corporate Secretary, Legal Counsel and Associate Corporate Secretary, and Senior Legal Counsel. Before joining Central 1 Credit Union, Tom worked as an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from April 2015 to June 2016. Prior to that, they served as an Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP from January 2013 to March 2015. Tom began their legal career as a Summer Student / Articling Student at Clark Wilson LLP in May 2009 and later became an Associate from June 2011 to December 2012.

Tom Bell earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Victoria between 2003 and 2006. After that, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law from Queen's University, completing their studies between 2007 and 2010.
