Ben Lyons

Ben Lyons is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at Univar Solutions, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as a Senior Advisor and Partner at Arcline Investment Management from 2019 to 2021, and as a Managing Director at Greenhill & Co. and RBC Capital Markets from 2016 to 2019 and 2014 to 2016, respectively. Ben also has extensive experience in investment banking, having worked as a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2001 to 2014. They hold an M.B.A. in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Classics from Swarthmore College.
