Mark Peng

Mark Peng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of EnOS Edge and Microgrid at Univers since February 2018, Mark has focused on AIoT Edge computing platforms, microgrid controllers, and various energy solutions, including significant contributions to product architecture and design for Virtual Power Plants and optimization engines. Prior to Univers, Mark spent nearly two decades at ABB Enterprise Software, where functions included serving as Senior Manager for Market Application, overseeing market design leads for integrated electricity markets, and managing engineering teams for advanced scheduling and balancing software used by transmission system operators across Europe. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sichuan University.
