Michael Huang

Michael Huang serves as the Head of Product Security at Univers since March 2023, overseeing a team focused on secure design, architecture, and coding in software and hardware projects. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Ericsson as the Lead End to End Security Architect, leading security architecture design for various technologies, including the flagship 5G national infrastructure project in Malaysia. Michael’s extensive experience at Telstra spanned multiple security-focused roles, including Senior Security Architect for Networks and Cloud Security, where contributions included designing automated security controls for 5G applications and authoring a 5G security whitepaper. Michael's technical expertise is complemented by a strong educational foundation from RMIT University.
