Jack Campbell is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in audio application development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Universal Audio since February 2018, Jack has architected VST3/AU/AAX versions of UADx native audio plugins using C++ and JUCE, implementing major features such as resizable GUIs and Apple Silicon support. Prior to this role, Jack worked at Light & Wonder as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer, contributing to the JAM audio engine for various gaming titles. Jack also has experience as a Sound Reinforcement Engineer at DePaul University, where live performance engineering took place, and as a Sound Designer/Audioprogrammer for Babaroga, focusing on spatial audio in virtual reality. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sound Recording Technology with a minor in Game Programming from DePaul University.
