Альона Янковська is currently the Head of Sales Support Management at PJSC Universal Bank, where they have led several major projects, including the implementation of a chat-bot that enables clients to open deposits without visiting a branch. Previously, Альона worked as the Head of the Call Centre at JSCB Globus from 2013 to 2019, and served as a Call Center Supervisor at Diamantbank JSB from 2011 to 2013. Альона began their career as a Call Center Operator at Platinum Bank Ukraine from 2008 to 2010. They hold a Specialist degree in Customs Affairs from RIS KSU and have completed Advanced English studies at the American English Center.
