Світлана Макушинська

Світлана Макушинська is the HRD at PJSC Universal Bank, a position held since 2017. Previously, they served as the Head of the Personnel Administration and Reporting Department at ТАСКОМБАНК from 2016 to 2017, and the Head of the Personnel Management Department at ТАСкомбанк from 2015 to 2016. Their earlier experience includes a role as the Head of the Administration and Payroll Department at VAB Bank from 2013 to 2015. Світлана holds a Specialist degree in Document Studies and Information Activity from the Eastern European University of Economics and Management, completed in 2010, and a Master's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the National University "Chernihiv Polytechnic," earned in 2021.
