Brian Millard

Brian Millard is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Universal Display Corporation. Mr. Millard joined UDC in September 2022 with more than 15 years of extensive financial, operational and strategic experience across several industries. Prior to joining UDC, Mr. Millard served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller at Emergent BioSolutions. Previously, Mr. Millard served as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Hertz Global Holdings, Inc., from August 2015 to October 2017 and Assistant Corporate Controller from March 2014 to August 2015. Mr. Millard also served in financial reporting leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Mr. Millard began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
