Gregg Kottas

Gregg Kottas is an accomplished professional in the field of materials science and chemistry, currently serving as Associate Director of OVJP Process at Universal Display Corporation since July 2008. Kottas has extensive experience in the design, synthesis, characterization, and study of organic and organometallic compounds, particularly in the commercialization of PHOLED materials. Previously, Kottas worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Muenster, leading research on electroluminescent materials, and coordinated a European Center of Excellence focused on (bio)nanotechnology. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, Kottas has held various research and teaching positions throughout an impressive academic and industrial career, including collaborations with prominent organizations such as Philips Research and Eastman Kodak.
