Jim LaPointe started their work experience in 1996 at Motorola as a Process Engineer. In 2001, they joined East West Wisconsin as a Project Engineer and their role there is ongoing.
Jim LaPointe attended Marquette University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
