Andy Harkin serves as the Vice President of IT at UES since April 2022, where significant achievements include developing an IT M&A playbook that integrated 20 companies within two years, introducing ITIL practices, and spearheading an IT security assessment program. Prior to UES, Andy held various leadership roles, including Director of IT Operations and Infrastructure and Director of Client Service Delivery at PCI, managing service and project delivery for substantial client support. Experience also includes consultancy roles during the COVID-19 pandemic and significant positions at the NFL On Location Experiences, Merlin Entertainments, Jefferies, British Council, UBS, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, reflecting a robust background in IT operations, service delivery, and strategic project management across diverse industry sectors.
